Newby Teas Classic Milk Oolong Tea Bags (Pack of 1, Total 25)

I wanted to try milk oolong because I heard it tasted like milk. Although I couldn’t taste much of milk from this tea, it’s still a good one—smelled lovely and tasted good

The tea came in a lovely designed box, and each tea bag was individually wrapped to keep the freshness. When you open the bag it smells like caramel. You don’t need to leave the tea bag in for too long and the taste is silky smooth. Lovely tea!

I first discovered this tea in an afternoon tea in London and I knew I had to get myself some teabag for work. Found this as the cheapest for the quantity. It has the same vanilla/ caramel flavour to the oolong without artificial add-ons it seems. Steep in a pot or mug for 2-3mins, I use a 500mL flask and it is enough to brew the same bag twice (haven't yet tried it the 3rd time tbh).

Really wasn’t sure what to expect with this tea as I’d never tried Milk Oolong before. I quite like it though; it tastes a lot like white tea with a lovely creamy taste and a hint of vanilla. I brewed mine in freshly boiled water for 2 minutes and added some natural stevia to bring out the creamy sweet flavour already in the tea. It really is mind-bogglingly milky with a lovely aroma to match! It’s like having a milky treat without any of the fat, sugar and extra calories. If you haven’t tried oolong before, I definitely recommend giving this one a try, it’s unexpectedly rather good. I love Milky oolong and this was one of the most affordable options. At first I enjoyed the flavour but after a while of drinking it just tasted a little artificial. The packaging is beautiful, the individual bags make it easy for me to take work and I always feel my tea is fresher being sealed in it's own little pouch but the flavour just didn't win me over. It smells incredible but isn't my go to tea for refreshment.

I love this tea! It has a nice warming, comforting milky / vanilla taste, which is perfect in colder weather. I love it. A bit pricy, but worth it. Definitely recommend.

synthetic sharp and sweet smell with mediocre taste

The tea arrived fairly quickly; compared to other oolong teas, this one is smokey, a bit bitter but I personally like it; the smell of the dry tea and the one in the cup it's not quite the same which is a bit disappointing.

Probably my favorite tea that come in a tea bag. The aroma is to die for! Great consistency too!
