This item cannot be returned. I tried the kidney cleanse and I guess some of the ingredients herbs was not good for me. I ended up going to emergency because I had tremors in my body and high blood pressure. I was scared to do this liver cleanse so I never opened the packaged and wanted to send it back but they say it is not returnable. So look at the ingredients and look up information on it before taking it . Or consult your doctor first
