Best ladder for inside! It’s so lightweight and folds flat. I have very high shelving in my office and we use it regularly for other odd jobs round the house. I store it behind the door that’s how flat it folds. Very sturdy, can hold a full grown adult man easily and light enough for a child to carry.

I purchased this to keep in my large master bedroom closet to reach items stored on my upper shelves. It is surprisingly easy to move, open, and shut. I feel very safe on it and I am 71. I purchased one with the gold color and it look nice, not that it matters. I highly recommend. I slid used it to put up and remove ornaments on my 9’ Christmas tree and as I mentioned surprisingly balanced and easy to carry and move around, so much better than the clunky one I use outdoors.

Nice lightweight ladder with a good reach. It is easy to store and comes pretty much assembled. Very easy to fold and good quality! Highly recommended!

This ladder is great!! Very sturdy and tall enough to reach areas that I needed help with in the past. I am able to move it around the house because it’s lightweight. Folds great and it’s easy to store. I love the color I chose too! Would I buy again? Yes but I don’t think I will need another for a long time.

I was looking for a very tall step ladder that opened and folded fairly easily, is slim when folded, isn’t too heavy, and could help me (5’) reach almost to the ceiling - which is quite high in several of the rooms in my home. There is no assembly so that part is great. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered had a giant dent in the top handle. The wrapping was missing in that exact spot and the box looked as if it had previously been opened (which made me think it had already been returned once for the same reason, but that’s just a guess on my part). To be honest, based on reviews, I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but it was so smashed I returned it and requested a new one. The return process was amazing - it was picked up off of my porch for me which was fantastic because the box is quite large. The second ladder arrived and I unboxed it and it was in much better condition, however there are still some scratches and small dents. If you have read reviews you’ll see that is common. If you’re going to be using it fairly regularly, it will definitely get scratched and dented along the way. I went in knowing that it would probably have them on arrival, but also that since it dents and scratches so easily that I would cause some of my own damage (although this isn’t ideal, it is realistic). I decided it was in good enough shape and kept it. While I’m bummed knowing it will scratch and dent easily, I really enjoy it. Due to the scratching/dents I don’t think it would work well as a “display” ladder, but it’s excellent as an every day, extra tall step ladder. As long as you know when purchasing to pretty much expect at least some damage, you won’t be disappointed. It is still much prettier than any other step ladder of any size I’ve ever seen and overall I am very happy with my purchase!

This stepladder did not need any assembly, it was packaged well to prevent damages, but most importantly of all is that it is structurally sound and therefore, safe and has a height taller than most stepladders which is what I was looking for. It is attractive and it has thick rubber feet on the bottom to prevent slippage. Also, it does not take up much space when folded (except for the length). I just could not be happier about this stepladder. I would highly recommend this item if you are looking for the features I mentioned above.

This is a great product to have around the home. I can safely reach almost everywhere. Quality construction steel but still lightweight enough to easily carry. Really glad I bought it.

My original review is below. The update is that after just a few uses, it's bowing, and there are the signs of creasing forming along the vertical uprights. It appears like these stressed areas will simply fold at some point. Rather than guess when that date might be, I'm stopping the use of the product and buying a real ladder. I had concerns noticing this early on, and should have acted on those concerns while the return window was still open. I am on the higher side, but well within, the weight rating the description lists. I am not carrying heavy items up or down with me kr leaning out far, or doing any other exacerbating things. Just climbing, reaching overhead, for changing light bulbs in my 10ft ceiling garage for instance. Maybe if you're a lightweight individual, your confidence and experience would be higher. Original review after first use: I can't be but so disappointed as it's about the cheapest ladder of this height, but it is a little sketch. It gets too wobbly if I'm on the upper half of the steps, and I have to tinker with the footing of it to feel at all planted. If I'm careful it'll work fine, not a ton of margin for error however if I misstep or lean out wrong.

This is a cheap, lightweight product. It came wrapped in plastic. When I unwrapped it there were several dents all over, which wasn't surprising given the low quality of the materials. Both "caps" at the top of a folding leg were loose/sticking up, as though not properly assembled or that it was so poorly designed they just didn't fit. Steps were dirty, so possibly just not a new product like I ordered? Returning as quickly as it arrived.
