LOVE this toner!
I finally found a toner that I love. After I bleach my hair as light as it will get, I apply this toner and my hair color ends up looking great! Will definitely be buying it again, and again!

It works!!
I have tried on so many occasions to get the cool icy or ashy blonde and always coming up short. I have tried all the well-a toners and could never completely get rid of all the brassiness….till now!! Holy cow this stuff actually works!! I bleached to a 9/10 which left me at a bright yellow that you normally see when bleaching. Then I used this icy white crème toner with 10 developer at a 1:1 ratio. I left it on for about 20-25 minutes. I finally have the ashy platinum blonde that I have been shooting for. I will be a return customer until my hair naturally stays this color :) Thank you for a product that does what it says.

If you want white and your hair is light enough
It definitely makes your hair white, but if you have bleached hair be careful because it will also fry it a little.

Didn't tone silver
Unlike photos, this did not turn my hair silver. It did tone things to pull out the yellow, but disappointed and stained my sink even though other dye, including Ion vivids, haven't.
