A beautiful tea set that was packaged with extreme care!

This tea set is absolutely stunning. The blue and white pattern is elegant, timeless, and truly beautiful in person. When everything is set up, it makes tea time feel special and looks gorgeous displayed on a table or counter. Overall, the dishes themselves feel substantial and higher quality than many decorative tea sets I’ve seen. That said, there were a few disappointing issues that kept this from being a perfect experience. The gold rack arrived noticeably bent and dented. Several parts were skewed, which made assembling it frustrating. Even once assembled, it doesn’t sit quite right and looks a bit crooked. Unfortunately, the rack feels flimsy and cheaply made compared to how elegant the tea set itself is. It works, but it definitely doesn’t match the quality or price point I expected. The bigger concern is staining on the dishes. Two of the teacups have visible discoloration on the inside: One cup has a stubborn stain that won’t come out no matter how much it’s cleaned. Another has what looks like rust-like discoloration or possible chipping at the bottom, which is concerning for something meant to hold hot tea. I also noticed reddish-brown staining on the backs of some of the plates, which was disappointing to see straight out of the box. Because of these issues, there are two cups I wouldn’t feel comfortable serving to guests, which is frustrating when buying a matching set for entertaining. Overall, I still love the aesthetic and enjoy using the set for myself. It’s undeniably beautiful and eye-catching. However, the quality control on the rack and the staining on multiple pieces are real drawbacks. With better packaging, rack construction, and dish inspection, this could easily be a 5-star product. If you’re buying it primarily for display and light personal use, you’ll probably love it. If you want a flawless, guest-ready tea set, be aware there may be imperfections.

Simply beautiful. I was more than pleased with the tea set. Seeing it in person just melts your heart. It is very delicate and you must be very careful not to let anything bang against it, otherwise, I am very pleased.

Sehr schön. Alles ist unbeschädigt angekommen. Meinen Gästen hat der Service sehr gefallen. Ich traue mich allerdings nicht, ihn in der Spülmaschine zu reinigen.

Qualità fantastica, consegna puntuale e impeccabile, bello come in foto. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più sottile e fragile, e invece mi ritrovo con un set bello solido! Super soddisfatta!
