Says it fits hips 30-45" . . .
which is the same size as my previous SI belt . . . my hips measure 44 inches - was NOT able to stretch belt sufficiently over clothing or to avoid painful velcro contact with skin. The attaching velcro is 2-3 inches wide, so would recommend this comfortably fits UP TO 40 inches. Returning to search for a better fit as this appears to be the only size Comforce has available.I selected this because it IS WIDER than most SI belts and note that it is well constructed though the belt fabric is VERY heavy with no ventilation holes - TOO WARM for Florida! The ice/warm pack is a nice feature though not something I was likely to use.

Too small
I should have paid attention to the other reviews that said they were too small. I'm tiny so I didn't think it would be too small for me but it is. The main problem is that they put the vinyl logo right where I need the velco to match up. The logo should have been on the other side, bad design flaw.

Great product
The belt fits perfectly. Offers support when needed for activities that include yard work, vacuuming the house or lifting certain objects. It keeps my hips and lower back aligned to restrict movements while doing the above activities so I don’t re- injury myself. Velcro holds in place.

Feels fabulous. FYI, check your size.
I didn't think to check my hip size prior to purchase as every one I have had before was so stretchy. The under layer of this is barely stretchy, very solid. Very well made and sturdy. I wear a sz. 14 jeans and it fits good. My physical therapist recommended this type of belt for my hip pain apparently caused by menopause. The support is outstanding and the ice pack is wonderful!
