This works, maybe a little too much it works. You will be King & Queen of the Throne in your home. This works 7-8 hours after taking the pills and you will have up to 3 bowel movements with each dose. It works like clockwork. I was severely backed up, and these pills were a lifesaver. For your first time taking the dose, I recommend not leaving your home for the day because you’re going to be running to the toilet. I did notice that between the 7-8 hours, the 3 times I’d have to go 💩, the bowel movements were pretty much back to back from one another. I can successfully take them before I go to bed, and when I wake up I know it’s time party 💩 time in the bathroom 🚽. I will always recommend these to others and my friends. My my my....Let me start off by saying THIS PRODUCT WORKS! But please use with caution. I read some reviews and thats how i learned to use this thing. My first day i took two pills before bed as instructed and woke up the next day blasting the toilet lol. It also gave me cramps out this world. Never will i do that again. But from a review i saw, a lady had the same experience and what she did was take the pills about 2 to 3 hours apart. Thank goodness i saw that review because it helps so much. I was still able to use the bathroom without the outrageous cramps. Also, i see a lot of reviews saying you must have the whole day available when taking this. Not true. Once you wake up remain free for about 3 to 4 hours then you can go about your day. It will make you go to the bathroom a good 3 times max and then after that you should be ok. You do feel cleared of a lot of backed up waste and feel lighter. Im on day 4 and feel really good. Because this product worked so well, i am now looking at other products from this brand because its now trustworthy. So trustworthy that i took time to write a review. Hope this helps!

Very good and effective

I pooped ALOT in a session, but less frequent throughout the day. This is for people who like it more easy going. It wasn't violent enough for me. Lol. And it has an Inconsistent turnaround time. No matter what time you take it, there's no telling what time it'll kick in.

If works It does what it say it can do so Make sure you stay close a bathroom coming out. Periodically released

It definitely works I lost 4 pounds in a day , surprisingly this stronger version is a lot easier on my stomach than the regular version. I've noticed I've had more energy. With no side effects definitely worth it for the price I recommend.

This works but as many of the other reviews stated, it would be wise to stay close to the restroom. My experience was this. Day 1 I thought I would just see how it effected me, so I took one, by morning, I did have movement, nothing remarkable Day 2 in the evening, I took two, I did drink more water as recommended. I was up 6-7 time throughout the night. Definitely a difference between 1 and 2 pills. every time I was up it was emergent and cold sweats I skipped a day - sore butt the next day (so Day 4) I took 1 pill and then 3 hours later took another (the second just before bed) this was much better. I did not get up at all through the night. I did feel the rumble a couple of time through the night. But not enough to wake me. I had great movement and felt like it made a "solid" difference in the morning and not so emergent. My recommendation is space the dosage out a bit so it isn't hitting your system all at once and Drink Water! Overall - Happy with the cleanse feeling and will finish the bottle and may even do it again in a few months for regular "cleaning".
