I don't understand how people are giving this product bad reviews. One person said they didn't want it around their dogs because of the chemicals. By that logic you don't want any cleaning chemicals around your pets. This stuff works perfectly for elimination of odors caused by organic substances. But like everything else, it's not something you just spray on and magically everything is gone. You have to first clean the odor causing substance away. Then for general cleaning a 10:1 solution works. but for moderate to heavy odors odors you need to use a 4:1. Let it sit for a few minutes then extract it away. I use this professionally to detail cars. Uncooked chicken package left on the rear carpet for 4 days in the summer? 4:1 and mist the entire vehicle with a pump sprayer and let sit for 5 minutes. Then I use a shop vac modified with a plastic extractor nozzle can buy cheap on Amazon HappyHoliday brand works fine and a wet filter. You end up with a versatile wet/dry extractor that I use daily for a few hours for literally a few years. Out performs and outlasts any Bissell Spot Cleaner. We also steam clean the ventilation, all the vinyl, leather, plastic I put about 1 ounce of this stuff in with my ½ gallon steam tank. Compared to an ozone treatment machine this is far better. Especially since an ozone machine literally uses extremely hazardous chemicals and can cause serious damage to the materials in your car and if not ventilated sufficient enough can actually kill you or your pets. I have ordered dozens and dozens of items from this company and never have I ever received a single package damaged, leaking, or not filled to the brim. Only once did the delivery company damage the package to make it leak and they automatically returned to the company on my behalf. This stuff is literally your all in 1 cleaner inside your car and your house and the fact it's only $75 for 5 gallon concentrate you should be thankful ethical corporations still exist. I use this stuff as an Interior APC for car detailing 10:1. For bad organic odors 4:1. For shampoo extractor on cloth seats and carpets to lift stains 32:1. I clean vinyl and leather seats and even the grease and oil inside engine compartments at a 4:1.

Best product for cat urine I’ve ever used. WAAAAY better than Nature’s Miracle

I’ve got a super sniffer nose and my child peed on our leatherette car seats and auto carpet. I was ready to sell my car and have to pay $400 for ozone cleaning and detailing but tried this first because an auto detailer reviewed this product and made me believe it would work. Well…what do you freaking know?! It did! In an hour after cleaning the car and spraying the product, I came back out and couldn’t smell that smell anymore. Mind you: we did our best to clean our car but it sat for 3 weeks before we used this cleaner. And it still worked. I used exactly as directed and it’s a miracle. Pee stench was beginning to live in my nose it was so bad…but now I’m free. Now I can save $400 and not have a new car payment. Now what else will I try this on…

Awesome product! Third time I've bought and used this. Completely destroys animals urine and poop odors, also helps in preventing animals returning to that "spot" they know. Cleans well. 4 stars because it doesnt completly remove the stain, even with pretreating. Smells a bit chemically,(enzymes)?would be better if scent was different. I know it's a commercial product...I'm just saying....4 stars guys!!

I don't know where to start to tell you how WONDERFUL this product is. I loaned my car to my cousin while we went on vacation. When he returned it, it reeked of vomit. He had tried to wipe it up, but we all know how persistent that smell is. I tried using my carpet cleaner and still that smell. I came on here and looked and found this product. First time using it ever. Let me say that this stuff WORKS and fast. I used this to soak into the nasty area, then we scrubbed at the carpet and upholstery on the seat that was affected. I then used my carpet cleaner to suck it all out and sprayed this product again when done. I also used this on the areas that were plastic near the site and cleaned those. This was the only stuff that not only cleaned the area but removed the odor completely. I now feel like my car is no longer a biohazard and smells normal again. I strongly recommend this product!

Not good for urine odors unless you use it right when it happens. Smell is also bad

I originally bought this cleaner because I saw on tik tok that enzyme based clearners are great for pet odors. I purchased it being hopeful it would woke because I purchased a different brand from Amazon & it worked well. I decided to give this one a shot because of the reviews and the price. It's good to use for maybe general cleaning and possibly stain removal but I had no luck with the removal of the pet odors.
