I recently got these non-stick mats for my Harvest Right freeze dryer trays, and they've been a game-changer.Putting the mat on the trays was a breeze – no adjustments needed. My XL size shipped rolled in a tube and laid flat after the first use. The mats are cut to the dimensions of Harvest Right's trays so they fit perfectly.The non-stick surface works like a charm. I used to use silicone mats and while the silicone worked for most food, there were a few items that didn't come off the trays as easily as I'd prefer. This material has been great and I haven't found anything that sticks to it yet!Durability seems to be good so far. It's been through quite a few cycles, and it still looks brand new.Cleanup is very easy. A simple rinse or wipe, and I'm done. No more wasting time scrubbing trays. I also like that these are reusable and don't break the bank either.To sum it up, these non-stick mats are a total must-have for anyone into freeze drying at home. I'm so happy I came across these teflon mats! They arrived packaged nicely in a clear protective sleeve. Compared to the silicone mats I have, these perform far better. They are completely non-stick; even candy comes off super easy. I love that they are simple to clean with soap and water and that they fit my Harvest Right trays perfectly. Will absolutely be buying extras in the future!

I bought these to go on my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer trays so stuff wouldn't stick. They did what they were advertised to do. They are the perfect length for my medium trays.

These mats fit our large HR trays perfectly! Already used them for a few batches of candy and NOTHING sticks to them. Happy to have found a better alternative to disposable parchment paper!

What a waste of money. Should have gotten silicone. These shred all along the edges. Every time I used them then the sides would shred even more. Missed the return date so I just threw them away. Waste of cash. Mad.

I have found these teflon trays to be very useful for dehydrating, freeze drying, and grilling. These trays are so easy to clean and I am thankful that I can substitute these so that I maybe won’t need parchment paper or silicone for the freeze drying and dehydrating. Nothing is a perfect option but this one is good. The silicone can be so hard to clean with the sticky fruit and this is so much easier. The paper gets thrown out and that isn’t great. Watch out for this mat and placing things on the edges because I have found that the edges will deteriorate or fray as you’ll lifting or pulling sticky fruit.
