These Weighted Gloves Work !!!
I have Essential Tremors and have been trying to deal with them with medication as I wasn't aware of weighted gloves. These are Great as they stop my tremors especially while drinking & eating which was an issue with my tremors. They are very comfortable to wear & do exactly what I need them to do ... STOP THE TREMORS !

Essential tremor
When your hand is palm down they help a lot. When your palm is vertical, not so much. However, I bought a pair of compression gloves from Amazon and the combo, based on 2 hours is really helping.

Too warm for me
These are good, but not great. The sand shifts around too much, and I find the material too hot. But I really like the elastic around the wrist. I bought another weighted glove and the wrist strap doesn't reach far enough. I wish I could find a happy medium between these.
