I was on a doctor-managed TRT protocol (bi-weekly injections) for over six years. I had some paranoia about buying this product. There is often a third party in Asia involved in obtaining an herb or root. I had bought Tongkat Ali years ago and it had bad side effects - like constant need to urinate! But this product is good and though I don't take it every day, I've felt more potent and virile. Now I just need a girlfriend, right? Well, it may be partly mind over matter, but in this case I think it has some positive qualities. It's not just for sexual fertility. It's beneficial for muscle mass and an overall feeling of confidence.

took this and next morning woke up for the first time ever to play basketball at 8am a couple days later i had all-day diarrhea. apparently that's a side effect of this once it starts working? gonna keep taking them and get my testosterone level checked in a month or so

I only used this product three days. I felt the increased energy and focus instantly. But I also felt off in my body. Fortunately the first day I took it I had my annual physical and my BP was elevated. I could hear my heart beat in my ears and felt a wave of anxiety in the office. This was maybe 2 hours after taking the first dose. The next day I had a specialist appointment and it was elevated then as well just one hour after taking it. The only change in my routine was this product so it was a no brainer what the culprit was. After I stopped taking it my BP has regulated and I feel fine. It's a shame because Ive had this supplement in my cart for months and finally decided to try it. Three stars only because of the side effect and the fact you can't return it. Not because of the quality or anything else.
