Great Value Fluorocarbon Leader
First I have to mention that I’m a big fan of the KastKing Kovert leader materials and I’ve been buying the red and blue versions for a while. I like that I can get a small amount of every size leader and that allows me to find what fits the fishing situation best, and I’m not breaking the bank by buying 150-200 yard spools. The value for money on this new green-packaging Kovert leader is amazing. The product itself is exactly what you’d expect, solid quality FC leader. I’ve got this in 8lb test tied with an FG knot to some 10 pound braid. Super sensitive, knot strength is great, and the memory is very low which is good!

Amazing stuff
I really like the smoothness and their line quality of Kastkings fluorocarbon line in general. I essentially use this for my leader line and can’t wait to have more tests with it. My preferred fishing style is surf fishing and I feel with this line it’s going to be a good day fishing. I have used KastKing products for a least 4 to 5 years and I haven’t had any issue with their products and I even had some nice conversations with pros that work with KastKing.

Good Preformance, Low Cost... what's not to like?
I am trying out this line because it offers the desired features at an affordable price. It is made of 100% Fluorocarbon and boasts high abrasion resistance, low visibility, low stretch, and high strength. It has proven to be reliable so far. I intend to purchase different weights to further evaluate the product.

Great product
Great product from kastking once again. Perfect for finicky fish in clear water. I got the 4 lb test for my trout rod. Can't wait to try it out.

Nice fluorocarbon at a Great Price!
First off, I haven't had a chance to use it since we just got a massive cold front, and the temperature dropped from the 50-60's to 20's-30's.Initial impressions (15lb), it is crystal clear, but feels a little stiff. I'm not sure if it would be good on a spinning reel. I took the end, wrapped it around my fingers and rubbed it against some rocks. It looks pretty good with almost no noticeable abrasions. I tried to take a picture, buy my phone won't focus on it.The only thing I do not like, is they put a flat piece in the hole. I have two different line holders, and both wouldn't fit due to that. It makes the circle, well... not a circle, so I had to use the pencil, which isn't ideal since I had to use my wife to hold it.Overall, it seems like nice line, at a great price! I've used their line for years now, so I trust it. I just wish they had not put that piece in the hole...

Breaks easy
I bought this item 6 lb test. I use it for leader line but after trying to tie a uni knot 3 times the line kept breaking. I pulled a few feet of the reel and pulled it and it broke very easily. I use the kast king 10 lb test and it's great. But this 6 lb line is junk.

Great leader material
I bought the 4 lb to use as leader material on my 3wt fly rod I use for panfishing. I like to put 6 feet or so on my fly line as opposed to using a tippet for panfish. It works great and this line was fantastic. I'll probably get some 2lb and give that a try for the fun of it.

I don't have high hopes.
I haven't fished it yet but it broke very easily while trying to an tie overhand loop knot to attach it to the spool, improved clinch, and uni knots. The only knot I felt somewhat confident in was a Palomar. All knots were wet before cinched. Luckily it is on a very light BFS setup. The line is extremely small in diameter compared to Suffix 6 pound flouro.
