It took 2 rounds of fermentation to get the yogurt to thicken. Very mild taste, thick and creamy.

Instructions?

I haven't used it yet, so I don't know if it's good. But all I got was a little packet with no instructions. I had to go to the Website to find out how to use it. This doesn't give a good first impression to a new customer.

I love, love, love this product! I am just really enjoying the experience of making my own yogurt. I'm on my third batch of homemade skyr.
