I have always enjoyed all of Now's products, and this one is no exception. It's a great value for the price, and the quality of the Astaxanthin in these tablets is equally if not better than some of the competitors to cost more money. I've purchased a few other brands before, and I will likely stay with this one. I wouldn't want them any stronger , And I only take one every day. That's all I need. I would not want to do much more because they do have a laxative effect which can be a bit uncomfortable if you're not careful. The tablets are small enough for you to swallow comfortably and not feel like you're choking. Astaxanthin always makes my skin feel softer, and at age 67 I still have zero wrinkles on my skin! People complement my skin and tell me I don't look my age, and I attribute this partially to using supplements like this one. Well worth the money.

This has carrageenan. Won’t buy again. Didn’t notice when I used for over a year. Switched brands because of that.

I've had an issue with fatigue for quite awhile, regardless of how much sleep I've had. Maybe it's my imagination, but since I started taking this Astaxanthin by NOW, my energy has significantly improved. I'm not running marathons, mind you, but I am able to get more done without feeling I'm doing it by sheer will. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed the change. I plan to continue to take it because I believe the full effects will be felt even more in a couple of months.
