These work really well
Yes, they smell a little bit. Place them accordingly. They absolutely destroy flies. I used to have tons of them in my garage all summer long. Now with 2 of these strategically placed outside, I hardly get any in the garage, and hundreds in the traps.

they work
light weight easy to use and works exceptionally well - the smell is fine until the flys start to die and then it isn't the most pleasant scent but location of these bags r very important. Don't put them next to an open door or window - you want to place them away from where humans or food is. Put them where you want to attract the flys to go to that way you wont have to worry about smell or flys. But we (dog shelter) have used them for several years, and we have had great success.

Great fly catcher
The bags are easy to use. Fill with water and hang them up. They smell really bad, that's why the flys like them! I hang mine away from the front door in a tree with low lying branches.

They really work
It's amazing how well they work. The smell is really strong. So read directions and place them them far away from people. It will keep Flys away .

This WORKS
This is my 2nd order. We have dogs and their ...draws flies. I hang 2 bags in my yard and literally ALL the flies go right in!!! I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of flies. Peppermint oil, IRish Spring..nothing worked. THIS Works. I change bags 1x week - the odor is bad when it is filled so beware, but this works.

Best out there IMO, but inconsistent effectiveness from bag to bag lately
Been using these for years. I was happy to see that the company took my suggestion and enlarged the hole (that you hang the bag from) enough so we can easily slide through baling twine. That made them so much easier to use because don't we all use baling twine to hang these things?!? The problem I'm seeing now is inconsistent effectiveness from bag to bag. Most of the bags work great and attract tons of flies, I mean a real disgusting amount lol! However I've noticed that approx. 1 in every 5 or 6 bags doesn't seem to attract any flies. I never used to have that problem with them and I have used a ton of these over the years. Anyway, they're still a great product but it hurts to pay for bags that don't seem to have the same amount or any of attractant in them? Hoping the company will look into this and correct this problem.
