I'm happy with the results. I made a few mistakes. One is the panel that makes up the door assembly is upside down so the handle is lower than it should be. There are no less than 3 differing dimensions given on this page. It's not 96" wide. I built my base 96 and you can see the overhang in the pic. My flashing tape looks terrible but it will serve. I layed down two 2x4's around the base so my overall height is 3" taller. That's a good height for me at 6'4", any less and I would be bumping my head. I also replaced a couple of roof panels with clear panels, worked out great. I reinforced a bit with a 1x6 around the inner perimeter, tied two the floor with 2x4's and built shelves. Everything worked , starting with a plumb and level base is key. There's still a protective film on mine. I didn't realize it came off untill halfway through.

The shed is certainly NOT 8x12. It is much smaller. False advertisement on the size. After my most recent purchases from Amazon and their poor quality combined with poor customer service I shouldn't be surprised.

Does not stand up to wind well. Needs additional structure support beams inside.
