The capsules are easy to take and much gentler on my stomach than other berberine products I’ve tried. Quality feels solid and the packaging was sealed and fresh. Very happy with this! I used to get extreme sugar cravings from 6-9pm. Now I take 2 a day on empty stomach, 1st one around 12pm then 2nd at around 4pm and no sugar or food cravings! I’ve lost 7 lbs without exercise. (I’m waiting for knee surgery and can hardly walk) otherwise I would workout. Just bought my 2nd bottle! This will kill your cravings! A sugar junkie no more!
