I put the fault with Amazon because they put amazon’s choice as an endorsement. I don’t want the money back and the previous review bleeds into this one because it happened.However, all that drama aside, If you are a buyer have no fear. Few make this effort at making things right. Their business model includes making things right with customer.Previous reviewIt’s not any better than my omron. I paid $80 and the omron cost $40. Amazon Choice isn’t what it used to be. I trusted that selection and it was disappointing. The differences are $80 unit has more Velcro and you have to plug in the hose. Whoopty-do.
