Great flavor
This is my favorite curry powder. I think it has the best flavor compared to other brands.

personalizing a blend
Really good northern Indian blend - not too salty or "hot". I then mix this with 1/4 of the more Rani hot blend curry and 1/4 of the Rani Garam Masala to get a little "sweeter" less salty blend. But that is just my preference.
