Lets start by saying I have tried Pruvit and did not like it.Maybe it was the flavor but i wasn't about to spend that much again and not like the next flavor. I decided to do some research and it landed me with this product. arrived within one-two days(prime). The flavor is amazing , yes a tad bit salty but umm its salts soo you expect that . Back to taste it really does have a good flavor and the salts are a shock on the first try but then you get used to it after the first day. I switch up the flavors monthly , first Maui punch then lemonade. I have not tried the Orange flavor, not my go to so I probably wont ever try it. There are a few packets in the container , about 4 in each. I do measure out my scoop to make sure I'm getting the correct amount. I drink it 2x a day but have yet to test my levels so I might have to update after I do test. But i would recommend this product. After drinking this product consistently and being on a keto diet , i've dropped 2lbs in less than a week.

I have really enjoyed this product. I am new to the Keto Lifestyle but I bought this and the strips at the same time. This has helped keep me in Ketosis after little carb splurges. I bought the Maui Punch flavor and it’s a bit sweet. Tastes like a liquid jolly rancher, so I water it down a little more and don’t take a full scoop. Also, they tell you in the description that the container is not filled to the brim. Read details before purchasing. Good value though!

This is my 3rd Giant Keto purchase - I've had the keto rise, the raspberry, and now the punch flavor. They are all three delicious in their own way. Keto rise tastes like Tang, or maybe a little like the orange drink you could get years back with the McDonald's happy meals. The raspberry lemonade was super sweet for me, and I always added more water or used just a half of a scoop. The maui punch flavor is my favorite. It tastes more like peach punch (if that is even thing), as the peach flavor dominates the other fruits in the mix. I will admit that I do NOT like sweet drinks at all - so I water this down a bit more than the directions on the package say, and I find that it does not affect the way the product works. I am an off and on again Keto dieter, but mostly try to remain low carb the best that I can. I like to drink this before and during a workout. I don't consume this drink in one setting, but what I do is I fill up my 32 ounce Yeti tumbler with ice and water, add one scoop of the mix, and drink half by noon and the other half throughout the remainder of the day. I drink water and other things as well, but this is my sipping on all day drink and I find that it works (for me) just as well as taking it all at one time. It's super refreshing in the summer months, and it keeps me hydrated with the benefits of the added vitamins and minerals. I never get a jittery feeling, but I can definitely feel when it starts kicking in. I like the way the ketones give me mental clarity. Will continue to purchase this product

I would say this product does most of what it says. I bought urine sticks to go along with my low carb diet and after drinking this product it gave me a very dark reading vs the light reading i was getting! The flavor is fine and the smell is fine not really sure why people were making a big deal about that. My container was not filled up like the other reviews but it said container size would vary. You may want to start with half a scoop bc the full scoop gave me stomach issues. I did get some energy when i drank it for the first time. Overall this is a good product!

So I have no other exogenous ketone experience to compare it with. But I can say that my ketone levels jumped from an average of .5 to 3+mmol/l and I successfully maintained ketosis after having a carb heavy cheat meal and consuming this product afterwards. Taste is a little salty as should be expected but quite palatable.

Right away, the container is half full. Not sure why but, whatever. Pretty much $2 a drink. I was very excited to try it after reading people liked it. Sadly i was very dissapointed. It was quite bitter and i am bummed. Im not sure if the same benefits will be if i use it to mix in a smoothie but i will give it a whirl. Still, i wanted a quick easy drink, not a filling smoothie. Will try another brand.

I use it to make sure I'm getting all my various salts when I'm exercising hard in hot weather. It's delicious and works great, a little more expensive than I'd like. I'd gladly buy a bigger size for a price break.

It is pricy BUT it has the most BHB grams I can find, it tastes great, and the packaging keeps it dry and fresh.I’ve bought it twice so far and would buy more at one time if I could afford it. The Maui Punch is tasty but I just got my 3rd round today and tried the raspberry lemonade. Surprisingly delicious! I don’t really care for lemonade but this product tastes like sweet subtle pink lemonade. It’s my new fav!
