Both my husband and I have gone through a few bottles of this and both of us have increased iron on our blood testing. Since my husband regularly donates blood or plasma, he has to supplement heavily on a regular basis. Just FYI, if you donate please be sure to keep up with testing your red blood cell health & iron levels regularly, on your own, to make sure it's in the IDEAL range (just search for your age & sex for what that level should be), testing center just makes sure you aren't so low you're in danger of dying which is not good enough. I also recommend going a bit above ideal range if you have hair loss going on.It is of my personal opinion that if you need to supplement on a regular, ongoing basis, you should rotate some different sources of iron for long-term safety purposes. The iron brands that doctors typically recommend can cause constipation, nausea, and other side effects. I think this curry leaf derived iron as well as some other types, are superior and will raise your blood level just as well. I have had no issues with side effects on this one. I also try to eat foods high in iron, but if you need to raise your level a lot you will probably need both food and supplementation.I appreciate the easy to recycle glass bottle.

Most companies in this world lack integrity, are corrupt, and absolutely do not have our best interest in mind. I can confidently say that that is not the case with Global Healing. Dr. Group seems like a wonderful man who truly cares about his company, his product, and the world itself. He genuinely seems like he wants to help people, and I consider him and his company a light in the dark. All of his supplements that I have tried have far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

I have always loved Global Healing's products. I have struggled with low iron and my ability to tolerate regular iron in pill form, injections, or infusions for many years. I found Iron Fusion plant-based iron over 5 years ago, and it was a Godsend! I always took the pill form, and it kept my iron levels up and was not hard on my digestion at all. I was never nauseated by it. I was such a fan that I spread the word to everyone I knew, and my PCP even suggested it to his patients because of my rave reviews and great lab numbers. Fast forward to the end of December 2024, and I went to order more when I was running low, and the only thing available was the liquid form. I did not hesitate to buy it because I believe in Global Healing's products. I took my first dropper full, and as soon as the taste hit my mouth, I started gagging violently. And then, I could not stop gagging. I tried to wash it down with water, but the taste was still so strong in my mouth. I tried to wipe it off with a paper towel, but I still had no luck. In between gags, I managed to brush my tongue with toothpaste to remove the residue of the liquid, and I finally stopped gagging. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. I am not being dramatic. I almost lost my lunch over it. Mind you, I have never consumed any liquid or food in my life that made me gag. I think I am pretty tolerant of tastes, but there was no control over the level of rejection my mouth had due to the flavor of this liquid. Amazon will not allow the return of this product, so it is $30 down the drain. I am sad to say that I will not be buying this product again and will now have to look for another plant-based iron that works well that I can buy in capsule form. I will continue to support Global Healing as I still purchase some of their other pill-form supplements, but unfortunately, I cannot back this product. This is your forewarning: consume at your own risk (of wasting your money).

Love it but you should know there’s such a thing of too much iron in the body. I took some daily for a whole month and my teeth turned black because I had too much in my system.Now, I only take it when I feel my iron is low.I think the bottle should have a warning label.

I feel it has made a major difference in my energy level. Also, I love this company and its commitment to clean ingredients.

This one is actually gentle on the stomach. Will purchase it again.
