I am delighted with my second cold therapy unit. Unlike my previous one, this unit features a durable insulated cooler bag that houses the pump, allowing me to use larger blue ice blocks for a longer-lasting cooling effect. At first I thought the pump would just knock over, but it sits nicely even with the hose attached. The results have been truly remarkable, and I appreciate the convenient 30-minute timer feature.

Works really well for the money but the hose came severely kinked. Asked for another one and they’re sending one. Will see if the new one is okOtherwise it works fine. Am guessing you could use this same pump in a small hard sided cooler of your own?

It doesn’t take up much room and works well.

For the price and quality it was perfect for me. I used in my living room,so didn’t have to move around. Filled with small amount of water and used frozen water bottles in it. This was my daily ice machine! Very easy to use. At night I used a rented one in my bedroom.

Have been using this machine for almost one week. Like the capacity for water and ice, big enough to use several frozen water bottles at the same time. Multiple speed settings is a plus. Have no issues with this unit.

My return window closed 1 July, the product stopped working that evening. I’m going on my third week of post surgery TNR and could surely have continued to use this. The machine last 15-30 before you have to click the button again to re-start.

There seems to be a whole in the bag somewhere I was wondering if I could get a replacement.
