Good finely milled oats
I used this in my banana bread recipe and for breakfast with blueberries and chopped nuts. I normally cook it in the microwave with soya milk. I prefer the finely milled oats because it is easier for me to digest and it tastes nice.

Favorite oats however, couple of observations on packaging and price variations
I have been buying this brand of oats for over 2 years and always look forward to having it for breakfast.A few things I'm curious about though: use of pre-printed white stickers that masks/supersedes the bar-code on the original one on the pack and in another instance to label/distinguish the organic version. Turns out I looked closely and could not identify any difference from the regular version and that was the last time I bought the organic one.Another thing is the wide price gap between same brand for the one named steel-cut and the one named pin-head when obviously they mean same thing and even the contents are same.

Probably good stuff even for sugar control etc etc
Didnt really enphasise the smallness of the grain and size. Was expecting chunks of porridge.I dont think I'll be going for this again, (especially as i already bought the product and opened the packet...if only id known...id have set it back or not purchased it ) as theres nothing to fill a table spoon like normal porridge flakes. The grains are even smaller than peas or even lentils seeds, tiny....Manufacturers please think carefully and machine accordingly...i know tooling is costly. So think before you build as you guys stand to loose out.Not us customers. We go and get other productsBut im sure it'll be some use to others who know a like the product
