Seems like a good value with the coupon
Was coupon eligible when I bought it. For 20.99 it's a good value. Seems well made and of good materials. It relies on spring tension to stay open. It doesn't lock in place like traditional umbrellas. The spring is what also drives the self-opening feature which works well. Time will tell if the spring weakens with use. But for 20.99, so far so good. Size is generous for one and might work for two in a pinch but not so big as to be unwieldy.

A Joyously Satisfying Choice for Rainy Days
Don't you love it when everyday items can still surprise you? The Comeria Premium Windproof Umbrella surpassed my expectations in more ways than one, proving to be a delightful addition to my rainy day arsenal. One of the first things I noticed about this umbrella was its thoughtful design features that often go unnoticed until you start using it. The case, for instance, came equipped with a strap, a small detail that I hadn't anticipated but found incredibly convenient. It made carrying the umbrella a breeze, especially when my hands were full. Additionally, the case snugly accommodated the umbrella, with solid elastic at the pointy end ensuring that only the tip protruded, minimizing the risk of snags or damage.Moving on to the canopy, I was pleasantly surprised by its depth. Unlike typical umbrellas with shallower bowls, this one offered ample coverage, effectively shielding me from rain without leaving my shoulders exposed. While not as large as a golf umbrella, it comfortably accommodated two people standing close together, a luxury compared to the single-person umbrellas I've grown accustomed to. This feature alone elevated the umbrella's utility, making it perfect for sharing with a companion during unexpected downpours.Despite its generous size, the umbrella remained lightweight and easy to maneuver, thanks to its classic J stick handle with an easy grip. The handle felt comfortable in my hand and provided a secure grip, allowing me to navigate crowded streets and blustery winds with ease. Additionally, the auto-open feature was a convenient touch, allowing for quick deployment when needed most. Now, let's talk about durability. With the recent spell of heavy rains and strong winds here in SoCal, the umbrella faced its fair share of challenges. However, it held up admirably, thanks to its robust construction and 16 sturdy ribs. While the ribs flexed under pressure, they didn't break or succumb to the elements, a testament to the umbrella's resilience. Moreover, the canopy material proved to be highly water-resistant, effectively shedding water and keeping me dry throughout the storms. While the Comeria Premium Umbrella excels in performance, it's worth noting that it may not be suitable for travel due to its larger size and weight. As such, I won't be taking it on my next trip to London, where compactness and portability are paramount. However, it has earned a permanent spot next to the front door and in my cars, ready to shield me from unexpected showers at a moment's notice. The Comeria Premium Windproof Umbrella exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. Its thoughtful design, durable construction, and ample coverage make it a standout choice for rainy days. Whether braving the elements solo or sharing it with a companion, this umbrella proves to be a reliable and stylish accessory. With its exceptional performance and surprising attention to detail, it's earned its place as my go-to umbrella for rainy day adventures.

Classic charm and styling make for an iconic umbrella.
I ordered this Premium Windproof Umbrella Classic J stick Handle with Easy Grip - Auto Open, Rainproof and Durable Canopy Design umbrella because somehow in the last year or so, our umbrella collection has dwindled to the very dregs.I’m not sure what my husband and teenage son do with umbrellas, but sometimes they disappear. I’m the kind of person with a folded mini umbrella in every bag, but hey, opposites attract, love makes the world go round, and my husband and I have had a great time for many years with me trying to co-ordinate his chaos. It all works out well usually, but sometimes we need new umbrellas. (Or gloves, or scarves, or socks, or sunscreen… you get the idea, all those bits and pieces of flotsam and jetsam that make up the minutia of our lives.)So, umbrellas. I noticed we were quite low on the umbrella front, the stand by the door empty, and asked my husband and son what kind of umbrellas they wanted.A Mary Poppins umbrella, my son said. Unfortunately, he commutes on the subway every morning to high school (we live in NYC) and a folding umbrella is much more convenient. Not to mention, the parrot head might bite in the rush hour squash. But my husband liked that idea. He wanted a Mary Poppins umbrella. Not the talking parrot-headed, flying kind—although you can bet if we could get one, we’d be all over that. No, he wanted a real umbrella. A British brolley. A bumbershoot. This umbrella was the closest I could find to that iconic ideal, and it really is a sturdy, old-fashioned umbrella. The umbrella I received is about 33” long. 5” of that is the iconic J-handle, which is about 1” wide. This umbrella comes with its own slide-over case for storage. Both the case and the umbrella are a dignified dark blue. (I never thought about whether an umbrella was dignified until I attended a funeral in the pouring rain, where everyone was using brightly striped golf umbrellas. Hey, they worked, but they seemed strangely festive.)It opens to approximately 44” wide. This is awesome everywhere except on busy NYC streets. This is why I got this umbrella for my husband, who is working from home, and not my son, who is commuting to school. When one is not on a crowded street in, let’s say midtown, the 44” wide span is ideal for keeping the rain away, and even for sharing the umbrella. This umbrella has an auto-open feature, it can be used one-handed. Perfect for holding your umbrella overhead as you open the car or lock up the house. My husband has a somewhat eclectic style that incorporates Barbour jackets, tweed, and the odd fedora, he’s quite the Anglophile. This old school umbrella is exactly what he wanted, he is very pleased with it.
