Good battery, suitable for hero honda pleasure 2011 model. I think it may work properly for 30 months.

Bad product and lack of support from Amazon
I bought this product in Apr 2025 and it stopped working after 8 months. I was surprised to experience the Bosch is of bad quality. Though it has a warranty of 24 months + 24 months but not able to claim from my end. Amazon promised to cancel and refund the amount. Amazon also giving false information saying that they initiated the refund process which is not true. I have been contacting Amazon support for more than 10 weeks and wasted my time. Amazon asked to send email to [email protected] after sending the detailed message by attaching the invoice, pslip, battery photo but no response. When i contacted Amazon today, they say that they can't do any thing from their end and asking to send email again as i am not getting the response. This is indication useless product and service by Amazon. I recommend avoid placing orders through Amazon as it appears to be untrusted support/service. I wasted too much time by following with Amazon for more than 10 weeks and i regret now.

BOSCH BATTERY WARRANTY
The battery worked great till one day it suddenly stopped working. Battery was replaced under warranty. Service centre took Invoice copy, original warranty card and battery in original box. They replaced the battery but did not return the warranty card or provide a new one. How do we claim warranty next time without this card.
