I was excited to get my shorts. My night job requires me to do a lot of outdoor cardio. I’ve been wearing compression pants and a sauna jacket or vest on under my clothes. With the combination of sweat and cold air this was a must need. The shorts arrived a few minutes before I left for work. So I quickly unboxed them and gave them a try. They worked out perfectly! My body instantly warmed up with the sauna vest and sauna shorts. I still put on some sweat pants and a t-shirt over the them. The shorts were extremely comfortable and breathable. They didn’t require any readjusting and the slipped right under my vest. During my workout the sweat pooled at my knee caps. I assume on a hot Day the sweat will run down my legs I’m sure. Nevertheless, I received a great workout, released sweat, and stayed warm which was my ultimate goal. This was a great purchase.

I'm very happy with these products, the sizes run smaller than the regular cloth due to the neoprene material. I use on regular cloth size 38 or XL size pants and L or XL shirts depending if they are made in U.S., Mexico or China. I bought 3XL size and fits comfortable. You need extra room to move comfortable during work out. The quality is very good, the material is strong, and provide body support. Excelent work out clothes.

These shorts are great for my daily exercise routine. The shorts increase core body heat helping to burn those calories. The high waist is also a great adds to the heat gain and allowing for overlap with an exercise vest while offering extra support to the lower abdomen. I do wish the legs were a bit tighter around the thigh, but this is a minor problem, and folks with heavier thighs may find this to be more of a personal issue. The sizing seems to be true and accurate. I am at the lower range end of shorts so this too may be why the legs are not as tight on me. These are well constructed and do exactly what they are supposed to do.

I Really like these shorts. They look and feel real good. I Especially like the way they fit around my Stomach area. I will be buying another pair very soon!

Fits well, but not too tight. It does work on the best part, the belly. Keeping it tight on the stomach. When walking or doing situps, you can feel it. Good to keep the fat tight to the muscle area. The muscle area creates heat, and that is the objective.

I am 5'10" with 33" waist, I ordered size L (waist 33.4-35.4), I am satisfied with the Men's Weight loss Sauna Hot Sweat Thermal Shorts. first, the quality of the product is very good, solidly made of quality material, and feels comfortable during exercise; second, the style of the shorts looks good to me, and there is a pocket on right side to let you put your cell phone or some cash, very nice design! third, they have excellent customer service, I feels the leg portion of the shorts is slightly larger, so I wrote email to them and show my concern, and they response quickly, and agree to send me size M (waist 31.1-33) for try out. I will update the fit on size M and then share my recommendation on which size is better for fit. Overall, a excellent product with excellent customer service!

Material is good and it is comfortable, however it doesn't have that kind of aluminon layer inside as the sauna shirts! It is more like DIVING shorts than SAUNA shorts! I will not buy again.

Got it for my husband , He is sweating a lot wearing this when he hits gym .. there’s slight difference in thighs now .. (lost a inch in 10 days )

I ordered the shorts but got the pants instead.. it has a very strong chemical smell that causes a headache when breathed in for too Long.

Does what it says it would do. Make you sweat.
