More advanced Kriya practices and how Kriya relates to other Yogas.
What gem, this one! Every page is packed with wisdom, throwing the reader right into the face what is really important in life. This books continues where "Kriya Yoga Exposed" left of and explains more advanced Kriya practices. It also explains how Bhakti, Jnana and even Karma Yoga fit into the picture.Overall, this was a powerful read, well worth the time, I'd even say well worth rereading.Oh! And I loved the ending so much! Very inspiring.

A must read book
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It’s not only about Kriya Yoga but about Self-Realization and Nonduality. It has changed my way of practicing and facing spirituality.I recommend the whole series by this author. You'll find great wisdom in each book.

A book written from the ultimate understanding, realisation, simplicity.
Santata creates a concise clear map of where the spiritual highways of Pranayama, Bhakti and Jnana converge on and dissolve into the simplicity of being who you are. He also merges the three highways into one superhighway using only the essential ingredients from each. All minor roads are discarded.

A useful expansion to the first book
This is a good book. Some practices from the first book have been expanded upon, and a few additional points are made to increase the potency of the practices. I still feel this whole series would have been better as a single book, and that's it's overpriced compared to similar books. However, keeping the books short and focussed does means that it's obvious you're supposed to spend some time working with each book, and that there's a clear progression. The whole series could also benefit from the attention of a native English-speaking editor. If you're serious, read all 3 books in the series. If you only pick one, just read the last book, Kundalini Exposed, which more-or-less contains all the practices.

Good pointers
I started practicing Kriya Yoga though in this book. For some time now, i had the questions keep coming up "Who is the one which is aware", this book series is probably the pointer towards finding the answer to this question.I haven't found it yet obviously, as if i would have, i would not post reviews on Amazon still.

There is also a lot of wasted time and energy arguing about the "original" kriya yoga
There is a lot of hype and hysteria about Kriya Yoga. There is also a lot of wasted time and energy arguing about the "original" kriya yoga. Implicit in this is the misguided notion that correct spiritual practice is all about technique - a very egocentric perspective. This book, and the first volume "Kriya Yoga Exposed", does some service in providing an overview of some of the primary organisations and teachers. However, the author's ratings of these different organisations is subjective and not particularly helpful. As these two books complement each other, and in fact could have comprised one volume, these comments refer to these two books as one complete work. The author commends Ennio Nimis for making his book on Kriya Yoga available free of charge on the internet. It seems slightly hypocritical, therefore, for the author to charge a disproportionate price for these two very short works while commending Ennio Nimis and being critical of the "business" model of some teachers. I agree that the ethics of many of these teachers are dubious but I find it hard to accept that point from this author when he charges so much for his books. In essence, the main thesis of these works is not new or particularly well articulated. I am also not sure that the author really understands Advaita. I was left with the impression that the author had had a significant spiritual experience that he was trying to integrate. For that reason, it feels premature for him to be attempting to teach when he still needs to learn. This review may seem harsh but that is not its intention. The author provides a Kriya Yoga practice that is accessible and I am sure, if readers commit to it, they will gain much from it. However, I think some of the arguments advanced in these books are somewhat grandiose (an irony that is probably lost on the author). In spite of these shortcomings, i have chosen to give these books 3 stars as it provides an effective and accessible meditation practice.

The book, yes the book was ok
This book didn't do it for me unlike others so I passed it on further to someone who would appreciate it. Thank you though.
