Great value
The watch outperforms the price. It’s sturdy and fits my 7 and 1/8 inch wrist nicely. I wasn’t sure if it came with applied indices but it does, and I think they look classy. I haven’t worn a mechanical watch in about 50 years because I need accuracy. I took a chance on this one and am delighted that the watch has lost less than two seconds per day. I wanted a GMT to make it easy to keep track of family overseas and it works beautifully.

SM really nailed this watch
After nearly a year of ownership I can confidently say that this is such a well done watch! The finishing on the watch is great! The polished edges of the case mixed with the brushed bracelet makes it feel much more luxurious than what I paid. My only issue is that the clasp corners and lug tips are sharp and it's not on-the-fly adjustable. I love wearing this weekly, if-not daily. And the lume is fantastic, bright and long lasting. The BGW9 on the indices and hands gives Seiko's lumibrite a real run for their money! Can't wait to see what SM comes up with when they start to flex their sense of originality, because the quality is there!

I Really enjoy it
This is my first homage watch and I’m VERY satisfied with the quality, look and feel of this watch. It’s my first San Martin but not my last

A bit stiff
The bracelet could use some improvement, it has many sharp edges. The screw-down crown is a not as smooth as it chould and should be, most likely the threadcreat has sharp points and the root is shallow.

You better have a small wrist
This watch need more links. I dont like my watch tight on my wrist. One or two more link would make it perfect. The bracelet was cheapened out with very difficult miserable bidirectional pins with tiny collars instead of easy to adjust screws. We cannot contact the seller to get extra links now through amazon. Basically amazon is becoming worst than ebay in customer service. One representative named Jay told me to google the seller for contact information. The crown is not as smooth as other san Martin which typically sells above 300. The second time zone seems to be for nonfunctional decorations as instructions show no way of setting. This is definitely a watered down cheapened san Martin which is shameful because now those that list in the 300 range on amazon could also be this cheapened version. The line between san martin and watch dives is getting blurred. That is a pity because san martin always was a great a value for the workmanship, just now at $168 it is closer to watch dives and pagani in workmanship instead of the swiss who they emulate.

Nicely made watch
Remarkable finish, polished and brushed surfaces all done perfectly. The dial has no noticeable blemishes and the hand set and indices are finished (edges) in a gun metal chrome that appears to be silver under direct light, gun metal or black under subdued light. Very nice sapphire crystal and nicely finished clasp with an applied San Martin logo. All well done. A reliable generic Seiko movement has been very accurate. A moving pin capped by a screw makes the links easy to change, though the screws are tiny so be careful when removing them. The gmt is set with the crown, turning in one direction for the date the other direction sets the gmt.

Didn't feel right
Felt very small on my wrist. Might because I'm used to wearing Citizens. Automatics I guess just not my thing because I don't wear it every day and stops working. I'll stick with the eco-drives
