Q: How many fans are there?

We have decided to put 8 ventilation fans for this ventilated car seat cover, this is the result from thousands of hours of aero dynamic experiments. From these experiments, we found more fans do not necessary means more cooling, the best cooling effective kicks in with right amount of fans, fan speeds, fan positions, air flow path, and other design elements.

Q: Can I use my heated seats still with the cover on? Or will the seat cover be damaged?

Thank you for your question. Our car seat cover can withstand temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Generally, the heat from your car's heated seats should not damage our seat cover. However, we don't recommend using the seat cover with the heated seats for prolonged periods of time as it might cause unnecessary wear and tear. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Q: What does it mean when the light indicating the level of fan speed is flashing/blinking? The manual doesn’t say.

Dear Customer, When the lights indicating fan speed (high, medium, low) are flashing or blinking, it signifies that the cooling seat cushion has entered automatic mode. In this mode, it cycles through the different fan speeds and adjusts the cooling effect based on the surrounding temperature. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Q: What does it mean when the blue light is flashing?

The blue lights on the remote signify different functions: Bottom light: Massage function. Top light: High cooling effect. Middle light: Medium cooling effect. Lower light: Low cooling effect. When the lights are solid, the unit is in manual mode. If the top three lights are flashing, the unit is in automatic mode, adjusting the cooling speed based on surrounding temperature.
