Great paste. Tastes like the authentic Malaysian curry paste. Saves me the trouble of making fresh ones. Pleased I found these on Amazon. Fast delivery as well. Have now subscribed to order them regularly.

Perfect+delicious balance curry
I have been looking for decent Malaysian/Rendang curry to use. Very pleased to find this on Am. Will definitely buy again.•The mix is quite strong, for 600-800g of meat, according to the recipe on the jar.As a flavour, I would describe it as perfectly balanced, salty, sweet, spicy. Not strong in lemon grass or other aromatics.

Way too spicy
It says mild but it is incredibly spicy. Unfortunately, I followed the recipe to the letter and used a full jar. Honestly, I think one tablespoon would be enough. It's so strong that you can't taste anything.

2 out of 3 jar's were broken/had leaked
I gave it 1 star as I ordered 3 jar's and 2 had leaked. So had to through out 2 jar's and I can't seem to get and credit or return. They taste amazing and I love the product, just really disappointed.
