The product was delivered on time. The only issue is, the tray is wobbly, so if you wanted yo carry the contents of the tray to the bathroom, high chances that the contents of the tray might spill out and this happened to me several times. This is because the tray is not solid, rather little wobbly.

We received the product today and the build quality is better than the quality that comes with crate. 30inch tray can easily make a golden retriever stand with all 4 paws on Tray. We are more than satisfied !!!
