I wouldn't say this smells like coffee; if anything, it smells more like vanilla and maybe coconut. But I'd be lying if I said my car didn't smell sexy every time I got in. For me, driving is about being comfortable and taking pleasure in the drive. Having some good scents really helps with that. Since I've used this, my car has smelled AMAZING every time I've gotten in. For the price, this is truly a great investment. I have one in my car and gave the other to my wife for hers. I might just take that back from her though 😂

Only complaint I have is the top will eventually screw off by itself leaving you with a puddle of this scented oil that will stain whatever fabric it touches. Great scent though !

I bought "Mahogany Teakwood" and got bottles labelled "Teakwood Plus". I see that they are the same, if I search this listing enough. It smells much more sweet than masculine. Not like a woodsy scent I'd expect from the name. But, I actually purchased these to see how well they worked with the primary intention to use my own oils inside of them, eventually. (I make my own perfumes, colognes, etc., and have a large collection of oils.) If you are wanting to do the same, here are some observations which may guide you a bit. The string is short. From the photos, I expected it to be longer. It does appear to be specially woven to have a wicking center strand. Makes sense. But, I may try a few different types of string of my own to see if that can control the diffusion a little more, while allowing it to hang further down from my rearview mirror. The holes in the top of the lid pierce the inside. So, this is not just diffusing through the wood screw-top. This is actually hitting that wicking string. If you are finding that it is gone sooner than expected, it may be due to that string being a little too great at wicking the oils up, after inverting the bottle. I am sure that is purposeful, so that we return to purchase more, right. EDIT: Dropping one star for the nausiating early 2000's cheap cologne scent. Blech. Was this some AXE overstock, er what?

I love the scent of this car air freshener but I have noticed that it depletes quicker if the temperature in the car is hot. One should also be cautious when driving over bumps and taking corners as the glass container tends to hit the windshield. At first this was a scare but it did not do any damage. I will most likely try other scents in the future.
