These Govee bulbs are amazing! So easy to set up and the colors are incredibly bright and vibrant. I can control them from my phone and change the whole mood of my room instantly. Perfect for parties or just relaxing with different color themes. The app works great and they respond quickly to changes. Way more fun than regular boring white bulbs! Great value for smart lighting that actually works well.

I have tried multiple smart bulbs and generally do not have any luck connecting them to my Wi-Fi network, perhaps because it is MESH. Regardless, this one connected to my network immediately with the app, and I had no trouble installing it. It has many different brightness levels, settings and colors, and you can independently power the lights on and off with the app. Heck, for Christmas I can have 2 lights green and 2 lights red if I want (I bought 4 bulbs total). I particularly like these balls because of this: So in my circumstance, I needed them because I installed a chandelier that has 2 pot lights on the same switch. When I want the chandelier on, I do not want the pot lights on, so my Electrician suggested that I buy smart bulbs so I could independently shut the lights off and just have the chandelier on. These work just as he suggested. When I power on the switch, both pot lights turned on and so does the chandelier. I open the app and then I power down each pot light that is a smart bulb and so now only the chandelier is on. So far I highly recommend these bulbs!

These smart can light bulbs exceeded my expectations. Installation was quick and easy—just screw them in like a regular bulb. We ordered these for our outdoor kitchen patio area just over a year ago. I was super impressed by all the color changing options that are offered through the app. After using them for a little while we actually ordered the light strip to go around our bar. We can change them up with a voice command through our Google home, but we can also sync them to our music through the Govee app. I will actually be replacing three of our Hue smart bulbs with these Govee lights in the near future.

The lights were super easy to connect in the Govee app as well as in Alexa and they work really great for anyone looking to have smart lights. They don’t get too hot and the color quality is really good. They do have some delay if you want to set them to change or turn on at certain times which is kind of annoying. You can turn your lights on or off from anywhere on the Govee app or on Alexa as long as the light switch is turned on. Leaving the light switches on all of the time only makes your electric bill go up by a couple cents a month for anyone worried about that. My biggest issue is that I received two of these lights as a gift, and then bought two more since our living room has four lights. Two of these lights appear a different color when setting them to certain shades. If I tell Alexa to change the lights to orange for example, two of them will be orange, and the other two will be more of a neon yellow. And they do this for several of the colors. If you want them to be the same exact shade you have to go into the govee app and manually change the color on the color wheel.

I bought these lights to bring a different feel and mode each night in house. The app is terrific with changing the colors and they will work independently from each other. Also loved when I played music because they will change on their own within app. Just change to music.

I was really pleasantly surprised once I created a Govee app and account how incredibly intuitive, pretty, and ease of skill addition positive these are, also with a great fit and look. Fantastic lights I will definitely order more. I used to be a Kasa only person but now I have Kasa and Govee in my house and I will continue to order Govee products. I am a consumer for life, but definitely set yourself up an account. Even if it’s with a dummy email it just makes life a lot easier! I do not take off though it’s really easy to do which is a junk email address that use for all this kind of stuff. The integration with Alexa is perfect and I’ve literally never had an issue on colors scene ambience, or balancing adjustment. Well done, Govee! Also, I want to remark about how easy it is to change from warm to neutral to bright white, because that makes a huge difference in my life and the fact that it does that and with zero issue reconnecting as a huge win.

Works Great with the Govee App and as a standard light. They last long and stay cool to the touch. Great mood lighting for parties and anything else.

So far it's a great product and easy to navigate through the app. Wish there was a synchronization button where you can tie all of them together but you can individually go and do them yourself. In my picture I went with Oilers colors (NHL) you can set a timer on them so they turn off when the sun comes up or goes down. I live where it can reach - 46 so I'm confident they will do good even though these are indoor lights.

I am a Govee fan, I have many of their products and so when I wanted to replace my dimmable bulbs to these I was so excited, but unfortunately they did not work with my dimmer switch. Whenever I lowered the lighting it would cause the bulbs to flicker and buzz and sometimes change colour. Some colours were worse than others (some didn't blink as much, some blinked and buzzed faster) so I opted not to use them in that spot. Overall, the colour was rich, the lights got to a reasonable brightness and had they worked correctly for my dimmer switch I would have loved them but I wasn't about to fight with lights that didn't work so they are back to being a normal bulb (for now) in that spot.

My husband loves these lights. You can control them with voice with Alexa as well as by your phone in the Alexa app. There’s so many colours and dimness options, they’re awesome. Easy to install too!
