This product will make you drowsy maybe 20-30 minutes after taking. Which may be a good thing for long flights. Worked all day as I used it for a 12 hour flight from Hawaii and only needed the recommended dosage. You get true rest as after my initial nap I feel very refreshed and clear minded. Very easy to swallow and does not take much space at all to store. I hope you find this review helpful.

I used this for a really rocky day on a cruise ship. This product worked really well but it made me so extremely drowsy that I didn't want to do anything. So I ended up just sleeping after about a half hour of taking it.
