The adjustable feature whereby you can add as many layers as needed is perfect. It is extremely comfortable and really alleviates uneven leg length discomfort/limping. Rey happy with this product. I purchased 4 additional boxes.

Sometimes shoe designs on the external portion will not allow an individual to create a lift to equalize one leg to another. These shoe lifts were reviewed by a physical trainer prior to purchase to install directly into the footware allowing the individual to select the proper height by separating each pad to comfort. External shoe lifts can be costly at shoe repair stores ranging anywhere from $40 to $70 depending upon the work involved. These pads perform well without a substantial cost.

The heel lift stays in place even though I do not use the adhesion. Comfortable with the pain of a heel spur.
