PROS- The taste is great and customer service is excellent. They also give discounts if you order extras.CONS- Its very expensive. I've only tried one bottle and have not seen any positive changes. My nails have become brittle and I'm not sure why.It was worth trying, but it's not for me.Everyone is different so it could be the answer for someone else.

It comes early and this is my second bottle. With the right diet and exercise it does seem to help. It has cut down on my munching quite a bit. I hope it’ll help me lose more than four pounds. It taste good when I drink it in a glass of tea or water. Or even by itself. Smells good. You can pretty much mix it with almost anything , I wouldn’t recommend coffee.

Was unable to use product at is arrived damaged. It smelled horrible, I would assume it tastes the way is smells, it is very thick so probably easy to swallow, was very sticky and is way to overpriced so I do not see the value for the money do I can no say it is effective.
