This is a really good powdery fertilizer I'm mix it in with some coconut core and soil. I use it for my flowers and my vegetable garden. There is a little bit of a fishy smell but it's not overpowering and I love that it comes in a compostable box. 5 lb is a generous size

I use this when planting my roses and some other plants that require this during transplanting time in the garden. Works really well when mixed in before planting. It smells like fish which is to be expected, so don’t store outside at all. I did one time and came back to a mess from raccoons. Never stored it outside again. Shipped fast and package was intact, but didn’t like the way it was packaged. Just a solid plastic to show it was brand new, which I liked that part. But the fact it was shipped in an Amazon thin plastic envelope instead of a secure Amazon box didn’t. This is the second time I ordered from here and the first time i got my order was in a secure Amazon box.
