First thought straight out of the box was the solid feel to the camera, it has a metal housing a feels really good quality. The other thing to mention on appearance, is the size of it. This is quite a large camera and so if looking for a discreet camera people may not notice, this might not be for you. I take it as a positive as I like the cameras to be seen, it’s a deterrent. It’s also larger than the other two PTZ cameras I have from the same company. Set up was pretty easy through the cam hi pro app and once plugged into my router I was able to find the camera straight away and connect to it. I have 3 cameras for this same company now and it’s slightly inconvenient not been able to use the same app that I have my other two cameras in (CamHi) and instead having to use Cam hi Pro. Installation was a breeze as this one is mounted to my garage, so it was just a case of drilling a hole into facia boards large enough to fit the connectors through, pushing the cables through, screwing the camera to the timber boards and then connecting and plugging in the cable on the inside of the garage. Picture quality is great and the PTZ works really well and the clarity when fully zoomed in is amazing. I’ve only had the camera up a few days but when re watching videos I have noticed the picture quality lacks a little when there is someone/something moving and loses definition on the person/thing. (See video). It may be the case that I just have to play around with some of the settings. The night vision also works really well (see picture) I have enabled the human motion detection alarm setting which sends a notification straight though when movement is detected by what it identifies as a human, I may have to adjust sensitivity slightly though as it does pick up and lot of things such as hedges/trees blowing around. Although it was mentioned in the description I was disappointed to learn this doesn’t have auto tracking, one of the other cameras I have from them does have this feature and it’s amazing, considering this camera is £50 more I would expect it to have this feature. All in all I would definitely recommend this camera, there are still a few things I need to work out but I’m confident with altering the settings a little I can have this performing brilliantly.

I've had around 4 or 5 SV3C cameras over the years and when our new stables were built I knew I needed a decent camera. Firstly these are not so much for beginners but for people who use these things to their full capacity. You can connect and set these up without a LAN cable as demonstrated in my video, just be sure to trun off your mobile data to save confusion on the connection. Once configured onto the WiFi or direct connection you can change so many settings, I always set my email forwarding to email me 3 pictures of any movement, that way I always have a copy of the first 3 seconds of whatever is happening. The zoom on this thing is fantastic, not digital but all optical so there is no image quality loss. Inserting a micro SD card means recording can be done without any sort of internet connection, great for when this is set up in an area with dodgy WiFi coverage. You can set areas up for motion detection, human shape detection and also pre-program movement for watching multiple areas. For even more control you can log in to this camera from a web browser and configure so many options and it can use onvif for integration with other CCTV systems. Overall it's easy to set up and has a lot of features for basic use but be aware this is a very advanced camera with a lot of powerful features which would suit a more industrial or professional installation.

An excellent camera! It was straightforward to set up and works very well. The 20x optical zoom, combined with the high resolution, produces excellent quality video from a distance. In case you don't know, digital Zoom is a waste of time, hybrid Zoom is not much better, and optical zoom is the only one that's worth having. The PTZ works flawlessly and, rather than using the keypad, you have more control by stroking the screen image left right up or down. I had a problem when the camera suddenly started Auto tracking, and doing it very badly, but the customer service were very hrlpful and, after a few emails, solved the problem remotely. It would be nice to have a floodlight, but it's a simple matter to put a separate motion sensitive light up. The price compares very favorably with other cameras and I can recommend this one wholeheartedly.

So we'll made. Not huge not small but expected for a ptz WiFi cam. Could not get the qr to find camera but using a net lan cable for setup worked great. There are several issues. 1. Advertises 18x optical.. sadly not. I took screen dumps at 1x and 18x on screen 3mm and 25mm is around 8 to 9 not 18. And the digital at 36x only 34mm so about 11x. I did email support before posting this but no reply ..bit disappointed. As for image quality . Very good. Panning is slowish and set rate but works nicely. 3 modes but cannot turn off the infrared at night. So IF have indoors or just don't want that obvious feature showing ... Not currently an option. But generally for the money it meets my needs tho the zoom statement is in my opinion very misleading UNLESS mine isn't working properly but as stated no reply from support so I'm assuming it's as expected.

Wir besitzen bereits mehrere Überwachungskameras der Marke SV3C und sind seit über 3 Jahren mehr als begeistert. Als ich zufälligerweise mitbekam, dass nun eine neue 355 Grad Kamera rausgekommen ist und ich eine weitere für unser Haus brauchte, wurde diese sofort bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgt wie gewohnt sehr schnell durch Amazon. Am nächsten Tag war die Kamera bereits bei uns eingetroffen. Die Kamera wurde natürlich sofort ausgepackt. Der erste Eindruck war wie bei den anderen Kameras der Marke SV3C : sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Im Lieferumfang war alles nötige dabei. Das montieren der Kamera ist relativ leicht. Es müssen lediglich vier Löcher gebohrt werden, die mitgelieferten Dübel in die Löcher schieben und danach mit den Schrauben befestigen. Danach erfolgt der Stromanschluss. Bitte beachtet beim Betreiben per W-LAN: Vor dem montieren solltet Ihr die Kamera mit dem Router per Lan verbinden, damit diese dann in eurem Netzwerk angezeigt wird. Leichter geht es wirklich nicht. Das Ganze einrichten mit der App dauert keine 2-3 Minuten. Die Qualität des Bilder ist unglaublich gut. Man kann zudem sehr nah an Sachen zoomen ohne erheblichen Qualitätsverlust. Was ich zudem hervorheben muss ist die sehr gute W-LAN Reichweite. Dort wo ich keinen Wlan Empfang mit dem Handy habe, dort hat die Kamera dennoch noch zwei von drei Balken. Aus diesem Grund hatte ich mich damals auch für die Kameras von SV3C entschieden. Eine wirklich super Kamera zu einem tollen Preis! Würde ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Kamera ist einfach einzurichten und zu installieren. Die Bildqualität ist hervorragend und die Kamera besitzt sogar eine Art Gegensprechanlage - gut verständlich. Durch die deutsche Benutzeroberfläche lassen sich die Einstellungen einfach vornehmen. Ich habe eine 64GB SD-Karte in den vorgesehenen Schacht installiert um automatische Schnappschüsse abzuspeichern. Auch eine WLAN-Funktion ist vorhanden. Ich benutze die APP tinyCam Pro, welche die Kamera perfekt unterstützt. Tolle Kamera!!

Bei mir zeigte die Kamera nur ein Schwarzweiss-Bild. Der Service konnte nicht helfen und wollte stattdessen meine Zugangsdaten, um die Kamera auf dem Internet zu erreichen. Das war inakzeptabel. Die Kamera ging zurück. Ansonsten - wäre das Bild farbig gewesen - hat mir die Kamera sehr gut gefallen. Das Bild war klasse, die Reichweite und Bildqualität bei Nacht wirklich überragend. Bin am überlegen, ob ich die Kamera noch mal kaufe, denn die Bilder der anderen Käufer zeigen, dass die Kamera Farbbilder machen kann.

Da ich schon mehrere SV3C Kameras besitze und mich die Qualität, der Kundenservice und die einfache Inatallation überzeugte, wollte ich mir einfach mal eine höhere Klasse davon zulegen und habe es nicht bereut. Unser Zweitwohnsitz ist 130km entfernt, hat ausser einem Wochenendhaus keinen Nachbarn und haben wir dort Tiere, weshalb derartige Kameras ideal sind. Zum einen kann ich jederzeit alles am Handy kontrollieren, zum anderen bekomme ich eine sofortige Meldung, wenn sich jemand unbefugt auf das Grundstück bewegt (oder eines der Tiere mal ausreißt). Zudem hat man dann auch noch Beweisaufnahmen! Die Installation ist wirklich für jedermann ganz einfach, durch das 20-fache optische Zoom kann man jede Kleinigkeit erkennen, selbst wenn es weiter entfernt ist und selbst bei Nacht sieht man durch das unsichtbare Infrarotlicht alles wie mit einem Scheinwerfer. Man kann sogar nachts bei Infrarotbeleuchtung auf Farbe umstellen. Und durch die Möglichkeit einer 128GB SD-Card braucht man sich nicht sorgen, dass auch nach längerer Zeit eine Aufnahme überspielt wird. Fragen werden prompt vom sehr freundlichen Kundenservice beantwortet. Somit kann ich diese Kamera nur empfehlen und versichern, dass man damit eine gute Investition gemacht hat!
