Apple Kiwi is a much better flavor!!! We decided to try this one (Strawberry Banana) since we loved the other one, but it’s not nearly as flavorful and we can’t even tell that it has a “juicy center.” The apple kiwi gummy is bursting with sweet & sour juiciness as soon as you bite into it. Plus, the color in the center is darker green so it’s obvious there’s a different middle. With Strawberry Banana, the yellow center isn’t very visible (in fact, at first I wondered if we got a bad batch without the center!). I barely taste strawberry and def don’t taste banana. It’s just a lightly sweet gummy texture without much flavor. 🤷🏻‍♀️ bummer! Either way, we love magnesium glycinate. My son is 6 and has autism and ARFID. We discovered magnesium a few years ago during potty training when he developed encopresis and needed something to help him stay regular. We use magnesium in place of miralax. Mag glycinate also helps him sleep better at night. It’s a godsend! He sleeps well, eats better because his gut is healthier, and his overall behaviors have calmed down quite a bit. This gummy is soft, not too sticky-chewy (no losing crowns!), but next time we’ll get Apple Kiwi again!!!

Oh My Chewy Magnesium Gummies are honestly a win. They taste great (not medicinal at all), are easy to chew, and fit perfectly into my daily routine. I like that they use magnesium glycinate and include B6 + D3, so they feel gentle yet effective. After taking them consistently, I’ve noticed better relaxation, especially in the evenings. I've struggled with falling asleep from as far back as I can remember, elementary school aged. Some years back, I discovered taking Benadryl at night, and I never looked back. I'm trying to start a new path and kick bad habits, and this was top of my list! After over 5 years of having a sleep aid, I was pretty nervous, but these gummies have worked splendidly. I made the mistake of taking these AND a lower dose of Benadryl, and even with 10 hours of sleep, I was so out of it the whole next day. So don't take this with other nighttime meds. They have also reduced the feeling of RLS, so that's a great plus! TLDR: these will help you fall asleep, and calm your restless legs! I will be putting these on a regular subscription. The strawberry banana one tastes really good, and I hate bananas!

UPDATE: I recently tried the magnesium gummies and had an interesting experience. Initially, I thought they weren't quite right. The company reached out to let me know I probably had a "bad" batch and quickly offered a refund and a free product to try again. Their customer service was exceptional—responsive, understanding, and generous. The replacement batch was spot on. The gummies are tasty and effective. Overall, I'm really thankful for their outstanding customer service and commitment to quality. Highly recommend giving them a try! --- I recently tried these magnesium gummies, hoping for a convenient and tasty way to supplement my magnesium intake. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Taste: 🌟 (1/5) The most significant issue with these gummies is the taste. They have a strong, unpleasant plastic-like smell and flavor that makes them difficult to consume. It’s quite disappointing, especially since gummies are supposed to be a more enjoyable alternative to pills. Texture: ⭐ (1/5) Effectiveness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Despite the taste, the gummies do seem to be effective. I noticed an improvement in my muscle cramps and overall relaxation after taking them regularly. It’s a shame that the taste is such a deterrent.

UPDATE 10/30/25 - customer service reached out to me, and sent me a full refund for the previous Gummies, and sent a replacement to try again and I have to say, these are delicious. There was obviously something wrong with the first bottle that I received as it had a horrible taste, but the second time around they’re delicious and because of the great customer service that I received, I will definitely be purchasing these for now on as they are an amazing product and a great company. The ingredients are vegan, friendly, gluten-free, non-GMO, pectin based, 1 g of sugar. They are also, milk free, soy free and gelatin free. They even have coconut oil in them and extra vitamins of D3 and B6. This is a great product. I highly recommend. 10/21/25 - I'm not quite sure what to make of these gummies. When I first opened the jar, I was hit with a really unpleasant smell, reminiscent of some odd plastic. While there's a slight hint of apple in the aroma, it doesn't smell quite right—almost as if some plastic leaked into the product. The taste is equally strange and doesn't seem normal at all. I've tried various magnesium gummies before, and these fall short of my expectations. Perhaps I got a bad batch, and these might even be spoiled. I'm hesitant about whether I should continue consuming them, but I've been managing to tolerate the taste. In a month's time, I'll return to update this review with my honest overall thoughts. I’ve decided to buy another jar to see if this one was just defective. Honestly, I’m quite puzzled; the whole experience feels very odd and the smell is quite off-putting. I also realize that since this is a food item, returning it isn't an option, which is quite disappointing. Just sitting here taking the photo so you can see what these look like, the smell is killing me. 😭
