Was ordered in the UK on Amazon UK site when arrived it is obviously American spec 120 Volts and a two pin American USA Plug not fit for the UK Market

Does not even come with a UK plug, when sold in the UK...

I've been buying high-end irons that cost $100+ for decades. It wasn't until I saw a bespoke men's shop in London using the UK version of this iron to properly press men's shirts that I had to reevaluate my purchasing. I've gone through about 5 of the high-end irons over the years. Damage to the plates, water issues. This iron was a fraction of the price and when I gave it a chance, I found I like it even more than the expensive irons. Now, this is the only iron I use and I have had zero issues. If one day I do, I can replace it without any worry about cost. Oh, and the steam this produces outperforms high-end irons that are designed to produce maximum steam.

Well made, light and practical. For the price it is a good iron with all the basic features you need and nothing you don't. Has a large water tank that is easy to fill and empty after use, a well designed handle and a practical business surface that glides easily. The steam output is good for now while using distilled water.
