Very Clean used book, arrived at the time. And it’s a very good reference to use for the exam

This book really disappointment me, the book has not covered all the basic formulas you need for your PE test, for example you can not find simple beam reactions for typical loads which is eccential for all civil engineers !!There is no any interaction graph for concrete columns,If you need them you have to buy their manual book ( this is a bussiness)I have not read that much of book yet but I found some Wrong formuls which can lead you wronglyThe paramaters does not have any definitionWhen you used this book beside practice problem book, ( both 16th edition) formul’s number are not match toghether or they have refred again to manual bookAll this plus its prety high price made it 0 star if I could choose...I attached 2 image,Practice problem refrese you to table 36.6But there is no table in this book , you probably have to buy their manual book!I also attached one the wrong formula

This reference manual is only valuable if you remember all of the variable definitions of every equation listed. Some equations are shown in their consolidated form and don’t provide all necessary variables for you to properly guess at a meaning. The more obvious information is nicely shown. This maybe useful after being fully prepared for the PE exam.

How the hell would you expect us to solve problems with no units? Every equation has a specific set of units that would need to be noted IN ORDER for US not to make such a lame mistake and get the answer wrong. Units are needed, not for all but most eqs. Obviously some basics are obviously obvious!! Otherwise, u expect us to just know them? why?

NCEES give the same content on its website for free download. CBT exam will provide same material on computer to search.
