It's true. Everything in the ad is true. 3 stars because of how weak the motor is and how long it takes to polish. I can do 5 pair by hand in the time it takes to use this on one pair. When I was done, the shoes were very sharp and my wrists and fingers did not hurt. So... if you have the time...
