These have an amazing effect on the body, I take them at night before bed and wake up with bowl movement and completely unswollen. The taste is really good. My only issues is the daily intake as I believed a package of 60 would be for two months, but it only last a month. Would be good to have only one gummie per day. Or do bigger packages.
