Great Product!
The product was easy to install - once you read the instructions! Really happy with it! Much cheaper than having phone line installed and having marketing calls! Just keep adding to it if credit has gone. I do not download films etc. so there is enough data for me!

NO SIM CARD
Recently bought this product. It arrived on time however, it did not come with a SIM card. So I have been unable to use the product. I have seen other reviews of this happening. for that reason. AVOID PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT

I was told it was satisfactory
lt was for my pensioner neighbour and he he said it was brilliant.

No SIM provided
Did not have SIM card therefore was useless. I had to go into the city to buy a SIM card. The product support number is just the generic Vodafone contact number of which I didn't have an hour to dispute a £10 card.

You have to change a few things in the dongle menu to get it working
