One of the greatest stories ever told.
I read one volume of Invincible every month, and now after just over 2 years, I've completed the series. The only emotions that can match my sadness that Invincible is now over is the feelings of profound euphoria and satisfaction that the 25 volume story left me with. Invincible is one of those few stories that makes you feel truly fortunate for having been able to experience it. This may be the end of all things, but my love for this story is forever.

I'M NOT CRYING, JUST GOT SOMETHING IN MY EYE IS ALL...
I've been with Robert Kirkman's Invincible since the very beginning. It is without a doubt one of the finest comic book series I have ever read and has maintained a consistent high standard throughout its previous 24 volumes that is rarely seen in a modern comic books.Volume 25 - the very last in the series - I am very happy to say not only meets, but exceeds this standard, and gives Invincible the kind of send off a story of this quality deserves, tying up all of the loose ends of the 14 year long epic from the Viltrumite war, to Robots rule over the planet Earth, to the fate of the Grayson family, Atom Eve, and all of the support cast, as well as providing a look at what the distant future holds for all of those involved. There is a tendency in the comic book industry to drag things out beyond their natural lifespan and flog a good idea to death, but Invincible is a series that has been properly book-ended and ends when it should have. It's been a brilliant ride.I found it very hard not to shed a tear at this one!

End of an era
Wow. It's over! I feel like I've been reading the Invincible universe all my life. Stunning work from Kirkman. Rich, colourful art and supreme and hilarious comic violence. Brilliant work, beautifully brought to a close.

The final volume – lots resolved – a fitting end
Finally we get to the end of the Invincible saga. With some fighting and Thragg's demise, the volume brings Mark to a new role as he juggles family life, new responsibilities and a drive for good. A lot of characters are involved and developed, including a possible way to carry on the series if necessary. Introspection also comes into it as Mark dithers on what to do next. The usual high standard here is accompanied by some gory detail. This won't mean a lot unless you've read some, if not all, of the previous volumes.

Well… I’m pretty sad it’s over
But man… what a series. So many twists and turns and ups and down. It sure was a journey. I could go for another 25 volumes.
