Siezing and Grappling techniques for all martial artists
This book gives down to earth instructions of the various seizing and disabling techniques of Chinese kung fu, not flowery impractical moves, but the rough stuff that can be incorporated into a no nonsense self defence training syllabus or any martial style you may practise. This book will be of interest to those working in the security industry, women's self defence classes, mixed martial arts & cage fighting, or anyone wishing to add a few non lethal techniques to their form of kung fu, karate etc.

Chin na fa
This book is very well formulated and reads as an instruction manual to Chin na. After a short introduction it goes straight into how to perform the techniques each with a short description and picture. Though with all books like this it is better to learn it from an instructor and then use the book as a teaching aid as it can be difficult to interpret written movements. Other than that it is very informative book.
