Really love this lotion. It has magnesium oil which supports deep Sleep and also provides recovery from cramps. It is very lightweight and it feels great on skin. It's consistency is also very good, keeps the skin hydrated too. It is one of the best magnesium moisturisers out there. This lotion is best for Moisturizing + relaxing + calming. Value for money.

I was skeptical at first, but this sleep lotion actually works! The scent is super calming — a soft vibe that’s not overpowering. The texture is light and non-greasy and it absorbs quickly without leaving any stickiness on the skin or pillow

This is an amazing lotion - I would more of a body yogurt consistency. While it does relaxes the muscles, the only issue I found was with the packaging as the bottle. As the lotion reaches the bottom, it becomes tricky to pump it out. Something similar to a small tub would be a great way to package this - a more efficient way so that nothing gets wasted. Rest everything is awesome 💯
