Pumps looks nice. On the lighter end and built with thin gauge metal. Seems to work okay but not sure on extended operation. I’ll will store as a backup.

It worked better than any I have had, in the past. As a plumber in the country. I use these more that most people.

We have a shallow (30ft) well and the cast-iron pitcher pumps work well, but seem to rust out so quickly. I have high hopes that this stainless pump will last far better. It has a much better interface with the pipe and it acts as a well cap as well as a pump. The materials and workmanship on this pump look really good. I'll update this review after we've had a few years worth of testing and see how it's held up.

The pump is smaller and much lighter than I expected, but it feels very sturdy.I use it with my sump pump for emergency manual drainage.The installation is straightforward; just connect it to the wellhead, and it's ready to use.Manual operation means no need for a power source, which is very convenient.The suction depth is impressive. Although I haven't tested it to the full 10 meters, it worked perfectly for my 3-meter deep test, meeting my needs.The flow rate is on the lower side due to manual operation. If you need a large amount of water, it will take some time.Extended use requires significant physical effort, making it unsuitable for elderly or physically weak individuals.Made from 202 stainless steel, it's durable but not food-grade, so it's not recommended for drinking water.Over time, it might rust, especially if used in acidic environments.

This manual well pump looks good from the initial inspection. It is much lighter than an iron made manual well pump so that makes it much easier to deal with and much easier to install. Not sure about its longevity and durability yet because it does fell more flimsy than heavy duty iron well pump so only time will tell. I will come back later to update this review on this manual well pump durability after more prolonged testing.
