Q: What size are the side ports? Size without spacer? Size with the spacer? What range of wires can be installed through the side ports? Thank you?

The side ports with the sleeves I’m not 100% sure but with out it’s 1/0 up to 2/0. I’m running 1/0 on mines for my system. If you need a picture I can add one later

Q: Is this polished aluminum or chrome coated?

It’s solid steel. Pretty sure stainless or chrome plated

Q: Will this fit a Xs power D4800?

It will but it will stick out about 3 inches past the side of the battery so you need to make sure there is enough clearance to not touch anything.

Q: Does this support 0 gauge wiring?

Yes, our battery terminal connnectors can be used for hold 00 (2/0) AWG welding cables, and also can hold other gauge cables: 0 (1/0) AWG, 2 AWG, 4 AWG, 6 AWG, 8 AWG, 10 AWG, etc.
