Good compact size for the capacity, nice and quiet

I was initially nervous about my order, given some of the recent reviews, however, I found the supplier helpful and polite. I was eventually sent a delivery day notification text by Furdeco delivery 3 days after my order with a 4 hour slot 4 days after my order. This was however earlier than Amazon were predicting. The delivery drivers however, were down right rude when I insisted on removing the packaging completely to check the freezer, given that the box was damaged. I refused to accept the freezer if it was damaged. Thankfully the freezer was not damaged and I have given the overall product 5 stars for the following reasons, despite the need for some basic customer service training by the Furdeco drivers. 1. Large capacity. 2. The door opener cleverly levers the door open, breaking the seal so you don't pull the freezer across the room. 3. The plastic drawers and flaps appear to be made of a non-brittle plastic. 4. The temperature control is on the outside of the door and easy to operate. 5. The freezer can be switched to function as a freezer. Overall a positive experience...just ensure you check it for damage when it is delivered. I think it represents better value for money than its rivals.....we will see how long it lasts.

We like the freezer capacity, number of drawers and shelves and ease of access. Very useful having the temperature adjustment and check on the outside of the door. We had thought the delivery guys would change the door opening from right to left but they were not trained to do it. Maybe if you buy from a shop rather than online that would be done. The images in the instructions for changing the door from right to left did not correspond to the actual bottom hinges and there were no instructions online for our model. We could not have done it without 2 people. Strongly recommend laying the freezer on its back on a mat on the floor before working on the hinges. Then when upright again leave for a couple of hours for the freezing stuff to settle before switching it on.

Seller very helpful pre-purchase. Quick to answer phone and research questions I asked. Well made with some nice touches. Full width roller at back really good for placing in position. Door handles pivots on carcass to assist opening. Top three shelves have up and over drop down doors. Nice temperature panel on door and door open alarm. Hopefully, no more defrosting, will have to wait to check that. Only niggle was a very wide 12 hour delivery slot 7 - 7. In this day and age with mobile phones a better idea of arrival time could have been given24 hours before.

After the palaver over the delivery but then a family emergency took us out on the correct delivery date and having to leave our house keys with an elderly neighbour . The delivery went smoothly and the product is beautiful. Absolutely love it . Ready for when we move house

The Cookology Freezer turn up today, a big chunk out of the top of the box, and big dent in the side top. This looks like happened by a forklift. Cookology offered for me t keep the damaged freezer for a refund but would alter the warranty. Was thinking about keeping it until the gave me the refund offer, £25 really got to be in for a 2nd day for delivery and collection? So declined the refund for a new freezer. Had to fight to get it collected on a day I was at home, but then they said the new freezer would be delivered on another day. So I'd have to take another day off work. Cookology you need to look at your customer service and where was your quality control? On customer you have now lost and a 1star review that could quite easily have been a 5star with a bit of thought for your customer and an insulting refund. It's probably cost you alot more to collect the freezer now and won't be able to sell for full price as its damaged. The look of the freezer and drawers and shelves all look good that's the only positive I can give

I’m very happy with this freezer, it fits very well next to my fridge. It has much more room than I thought. It’s very sturdy but easy to move when empty. I like that it’s frost free so much more convenient and easier to to clean. Highly recommended

Not quite as big as my wife expected. Otherwise does its job.
